Elpat Finance is a not a company but a **** syndicate

Elpat Finance stole from me R3800. I asked for the refund. They are telling me to pay another R750 before I can get my refund. I have to pay them for *****ing from me. Elpat Finance is not a company it is a **** syndicate.
