Worst service by Rental agents

<p>I rented a property through ELP - Elegant Line Properties. I gave notice of termination and got a new tenant in my place - she paid the deposit and rent on time. According to a one "Surprise" at their admin, deposits are paid out 10 working days after notice. What a Surprise that this is all a lie.....every day I contact them, there is a new excuse of why my deposit is not paid out.</p> <p>I am waiting for them to provide me proof of registration with the EAAB - I doubt it that rhey are registered. Other estate agents in Potch tells me that the complex is in liquidation and I will never get my deposit back.....from their website the complex is in the market for R33 000 000. </p> <p>NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this agency. Very very poor customer service, always full of excuses and lies. Extremely unprofessional.</p> <p>PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR - stay away from this agency!!!!</p>
