Unprofessional behavior
The agency is badly run, so unprofessional. I was a tenant for almost 2 years, I have vacated their premises, wrote numerous emails regarding my deposit , my emails are ignored.

20 Sept 2019, 14:33After writing an email on Hello Peter I finally received an email from ELP, telling me I wont be getting my rental deposit back as I have submitted my notice on the 2nd ,not the 1st....Some agencies really need to change their attitudes especially after they gave my number without my permission to agents who called me to notify me I need to find myself a place to stay as the owner is selling, now that iv found myself a place to stay, they refuse to give me my deposit...after the mess they created.
