Unprofessional agents for Elegant line properties

This is the worst property company I ever dealt with, the agents are not professional in any way, no response to email or whatsoever . I sent email to agency about the termination of my lease at the beginning of the month of September, not once have I received a response come month end I leave the premises as advised yet I am sent a statement to pay rent for the following month which clearly shows no one has ever dared to read emails. I have enquired about my deposit with no responses. Not one was I the only tenant leaving the premises that month none of them left without receiving a single response from your agents. This is is so unprofessional that in many days of staying in their premises we complaint about a lot of things which were not even attended to, the place became unsafe and filthy and many ways due to burst pipes and cars being ****** inside the premises yet no one addressed them. I gave this company a lot of money with a promise that when I move out I will be reimbursed all they do is send me statements and not attending to the matter at hand.
