3rd Day without hot water!!!

3rd day without hot water!!! In this cold winter time the caretaker handles this issue with no urgency at all, I have brought this to the care takers attention and still today I again have to bath in cold water, I just don't believe the" don't give a dam attitude "from this people in charge. I honestly give up. The caretaker tells me to to call the maintainence guy as if I work for the complex.
