Worst Spa Day ever

I actually give this business no stars...I booked this establishment through daddy's deals and this establishment is an embarrassment to his name....We booked a massage for 2....when we got there were no covid protocols followed....The Gazebos were white and transparent and there were huge slits in the side..No privacy whatsoever and people on the outside could view inside....How is one to undress for the massage in that kind of settings....So we chose not to.....it was a windy day and the wind blew at it and anyone on the outside could clearly see inside. There was no heater or sanitizers...The grass was sopping wet....To stand on it would have been bad.....I tried to call the merchant to tell him about our disappointment however he failed to answer his phone.....When I asked one of the girls to contact him, he said that he can only respond via email.....I messaged him and email him but he refused to respond....it is a very sad excuse for a spa.....Still to date I have had no response from the owner....
