Poor service

My vehicle skid on the road near OR Tambo and listed on my insurance is Eloff Panelbeaters in Nigel which I requested a quote from that Integrisure approved. Interesting was the fact that the staff of the panelbeaters scratched my car, it had to go back for redoing the surface. Then I noticed that the fender liner and bumper was not fitted correctly. Conveniently enough Eloff Panelbeaters chose not to reply to my email informing them of ill service. Only after the Assessor contacted them there was some reply. Never was there any talk of you repairing your sloppy work on my car in 2016. There was only ever talk of you repairing your sloppy work in 2015. <br> <br> I would seriously not recommend this panelbeaters as they are unable to honor a very basic appointment date to get a Quote, and cannot offer great customer satisfaction because they don't understand the first thing about customer service. Their way of thinking only occurs if someone has never worked in Europe. Europeans understands customer service.<br> <br> I am disappointed that Integrisure has them on their list as service provider.
