Warning not to take older machine for service at elna shop!

Never send your machine for service at the Tyger Valley branch! I have an old machine that needed a service. The machine was not in perfect condition but it it was in working condition. They sent it to the guy doing the service but he couldn't service it because apparently the parts are no longer available. I didn't pay for anything and went to fetch my machine. Upon receipt I noticed a piece of my machine missing making it unable to use a twin needle anymore. The lady in the shop couldn't care less and just pulled up her shoulders. Then she tried selling me a new machine. Having no proof that the part used to be there I left. Upon wanting to use my machine the first time again well...it didn't work. Did not even pick up the thread from the bobbin...So now I have a machine that does not work. Whether they purposely did something to my machine in order to get a sale out of me I would not know. All I know is that I am furious and there is nothing I can do about it. Therefore I am writing here in order to warn others.
