The franchise of Elna in Cape Road, Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape is really to be recommended. Super service by mother and son, always a friendly smile, and so helpful. I've been in Port Elizabeth now for six years, and have never been disappointed by them, be it the servicing of my sewing machine or over-locker, or helping with tension or whatever. It is so much appreciated to know that there is a friendly and helpful service, especially if you sew as much as I do. Thank you !!
