TERRIBLE SERVICE

To my dismay, I have been experiencing problems with a second hand overlocker, purchased at the Elna shop in Brakpan, this overlocker came highly recommended. I have returned several times, spending thousands of rands each time, and still have not manufactured a single garment with the machine because it isn't functional. <br> <br> Ontop of this, the service I have received has been appalling. Today I decided to once again try & get the machine functioning, to be told it's perfect. Once again it was taken into the back of the shop, I waited 40 minutes for the machine to be returned to me, stitches breaking, without my sample. During this time, the owner casually decided to go on a lunch break.<br> <br> I have spent a lot of time as well as money to be dissapointed as well as treated badly.<br> <br> I don't recommend this shop to anyone.
