REFUSED REFUND ON DEFECTIVE GOODS

I returned a pair of scissors that were defective i.e. would not cut due to placement of *****s joining the blades together. Unused in original packaging with slip one week after purchase. Assistant was belligerent and rude and absolutely implacable in not returning my money. Response was 'we do not accept returns on a scissors\. I told her that it was my right for a full refund. She said she would have to take it up with management
