REFUND///REVERSE NOT DONE SINCE TUESDAY

I am very disappointed in the service that I am getting right now. I have gone to purchase a Elna machine, and I have never used it only had it for 2 weeks in the box as taken from the shop. I then requested a refund and to return the goods, I was then told that they will take 15% from my money and lets keep in mind that I have paid cash for these products.

I then took the stuff back as is, they did the revers and I was assured that the money would be in my account immediately. that was on Tuesday 16th July around 15h30

it is now Friday and I keep calling the store and there is still NO money in my account, I went into my bank via cell phone, called the bank and went to the ATM. nothing.

I cannot go back to the store as it cost money driving back and forth. I would please like my money and this will be over. Thank you very much. I need my money today from ELNA CRESTA
