No parts from Elna

<p>Bought an Elna 830 from an Elna dealer . A minor accident in our workshop left the machine needing repairs which i took to Elna 3 months ago. Apparentely there are no parts for this machine in South Africa and need to be imported. It is now 3 months and my machine is still not repaired and to top it all they asked me to keep it at home for now as they have no space in their workshop.Terrible customer service so far from Elna.</p>
