Disrespectful

I was just at elna hazeldean to pay for my overlocker to be serviced when I got there my machine was not send out and will only be send out on Monday.I'm a fashion designer and need my machine so I was under the impression if I bring my machine Thursdays they would send it out -never given a time which it should be there. I was upset but just said I'll take it somewhere else.Okay which I was fine with but the manager lady gets there tell us to take the machine in a rude manner and then when we just said she should advice her clients to bring the machines in on Wednesdays she freaked out and being very disrespectfully yelling at me. This is not a way you handle clients. Very very rude.
