BEST ELNA SHOP IN THE COUNTRY

It is my pleasure after having already written a very positive account of the excellent service this Elna shop in Port Elizabeth has given me for six year, to now choose it as my favourite shop in highest regard for efficiency, honesty and service of the year. They have never let me down, and yesterday, when I forgot it was a public holiday, offered to come to the shop to sort out a problem with my overlocker. I phoned the emergency number on the door, and the phone was answered immediately by the owner. They have kept me going - and I use my machines nearly every day - through thick and thin. I get the best advice on the correct needles to use, and the best sewing threads, and really - they go way and beyond the word "service" A big thank you to Therina Vicente and her son Barend Badenhorst. Their shop is in Cape Road, Newton Park - ***. Have a well-deserved Christmas break. It has been a hard year for all businesses, and you really deserve this compliment.
