Highly unprofessional

Highly unprofessional. ELMI closed their doors at the end of 2020. I last received an email from them saying they are mailing certificates on the 15th of December 2020. I have followed up via email to the *** email address for over a month with no responses or reply. I find it highly unprofessional and rude that this ELMI Management Team is ignoring people who need their certificates to further their studies and find employment.
