ELMI Private College East London bad education service

I am very unhappy with the service for higher education at ELMI Private College East London....my hubsband registered with the college on April 2017 where he made monthly payments of R3000 each month September 2017 my husband lost his job and skipped 2 payments ....while he was unemployed he skipped 2 payments ....they handed him over to lawyers and told him not to attend class anymore ....after 3 months of being unemployed he went back to the college ...and told them that he is making a monthly payment at the college lawyers ....although he is making a monthly payment with the lawyers he is still not allowed to go back to class to Finnish his qualification.. we have been told that there are students that had a similar problem like my husband but they are still attending classes ... campus manager has advised him not to attend any classes ...this is so unfair .... he explained his situation to the manager who has promised to assist him, but stilll advised him not to attend classses....he only skipped 3 monthly payments of R3000 while he was unemployed..... since April 2017 to September 2017 he was paying R3000 every month ....January 2018 he stared making payments with the lawyers but he is still not allowed to attend any classes to complete his qualification .... this is poor service from a higher education institute .....so 1999 service!!!!!....why didn't they allow him to Finnish the last semester than keep his qualification certificate !!!!!
