ELMI POOR SERVICE

I was a student at Elmi . I am receiving the worst service from this institution. I was offered a refund since they do not offer the ICDL course online. Since I have not received any proper communication from them. Thoko sent me an email with a statement late May 2020 which I have forwarded back to her on the 1st June 2020. I have been given the run around since. Last week I sent another email for an update and received a statement with a different amount from the initial one I got in May. Today I received yet another statement different from the previous two. I have been up to day with my payment and I never ever wrote not 1 exam so I am not understanding what the hold up is.

I am sick to the core by begging and begging for an Update. I am not sure what to do regarding this matter anymore.
