Elmar College get rich scheme in Pretoria West

If any parent wants to register their child at an independent school in Pretoria West, never make a mistake of going to Elmar College. I did make that mistake a while ago but matters come to a head recently when I made an overpayment on my school fees. I paid an extra R3750 a month ago because I had previously been informed upon enquiry that I had been making short payments, which was not true. I did request a refund but the institution refuses to reimburse me for the extra monies paid. I have made several attempts to take the matter up with the head without any success. Instead they have blocked my number. I went to their premises and the ****hest I could reach was a window at reception. I was told that at Elmar College there is no such thing as a refund to a parent. I asked to see a policy pertaining to the latter and the response I got was that it is a decision by the financial director. Strange enough they made me fill a refund form with the promise of a refund but that was to silence me. Elmar is a law unto themselves. They simply refused to pay back my money and no one can do anything about it. I ended asking myself why we spend our hard earned money on institutions like that, anticipating a better service. On the contrary, we receive a dismal service from these get rich schemes.
