Incompetence very poor service

Filled petrol yesterday round up to 7:00 at Ratanda Elma filling station, my bank transaction of R600.00 went through ... Unfortunately the was a network breakdown so the petrol attendant didn't pour petrol in my car cos of the network delay .So I have not yet received my money back..
