This is the man Clinton Jacoby of ELM Projects is the biggest **** I have ever met. I paid him money in March 2021 to do a outside pergoda. I am still waiting for it to be finished. He used the cheapest materials and roof sheeting that I had to get a roofing company to come and fix and waterproof as he had not done that.
