BE Warned!

In November 2017, and following a recommendation from a friend, I met with Eddie from Ellophanto Trends and ordered a bag. I provided a template for the design I wanted and paid a deposit. I was told the bag would take 4-5 days. In January 2018, after many calls trying to get hold of Eddie I was told the bag was ready and paid the balance via ewallet. The bag has yet to be delivered. Eddie has made numerous arrangements to meet but never actually followed through with any of the arrangements. When I manage to get hold of him he assures me he will call me back and deliver - it never happens. Almost 4 months later and I have no bag. He does, however, have my money. Eddie works at a market in Somerset West on a Saturday. And always seems to be busy with clients. I would like to warn anyone who in good faith tries to do business with Ellophanto Trends as Eddie is likely to take your money and run. An unfortunate business as his products are beautifully crafted. All I can say is... BE warned!
