Ello air poor service

Poor after sales. Had brand new unit installled end of feb 2021. The unit 8s not warming up and left us with useless machine in the winter. For the last month i have requested repair 3 times a week with either no response or empty promises. Jonathan and Samantha are the contact i have been working with.

I would not suggaest them to anybody as the after sales service sucks.
