Refund delay / no response from Hoërskool Ellisras

I am lodging a complaint against Hoërskool Ellisras regarding the non-refund of school fees. I paid school fees for my child, but my child did not attend the school and was later enrolled at another school. I have been requesting a refund since last year and have sent multiple emails and follow-ups to the school administration. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no meaningful response or refund. I was also informed that the matter would be discussed at a school meeting, but I still have not received any feedback or payment.
