Zelda Du Plessis from Elliott : you made our move great !

We recently moved from Belgium to Wellington in the South African Western Cape. I was recommended Elliott by friends who moved from SA to Germany several years ago. When coming into contact with Zelda Du Plessis, although comparing rates with others, we immediately knew she was the perfect person for us and we could rely on her expertise and support 100%, and she came through all the way, held our hand through the difficult moments and found solutions where necessary to facilitate the move in many ways. Her level of empathy and knowledge is exactly what is needed in a company and situations like that ! Our container arrived early this week, the people unpacking it were trying to leave early the first day without completing the job as per our agreement, then the 2nd day they also needed to be motivated to carry out the job, but Zelda (from a distance) also helped us with that. We do have some broken items, but we will put it all in an email to Zelda accordingly. In a nutshell : if all people in the Elliott office are like Zelda, everyone is in good hands for a safe journey. It is an intense time, such a big move, with lots of emotions and knowing someone cares as much about your stuff as they would about their own, makes a huge difference and justifies the huge cost of such a move.
