Superb Service

I made use of Elliott to transport our bicycles tonthe 2020 Cape Town Cycle tour. I have nade use of other companies in the past but none of them came close. I was super impressed with their service. I was abroad when our bicycles had to be handed in and the task fell upon my wife, who was needless to say very anxious to do this on her own. She was very impressed by the helpful nature of the staff and the general organisation ulon checking the bicycles in. In Cape Town this service continued, they were extremely helpful in assembling the bicycles, knew exactly who we were even when we returned on race morning, gave us complimentary water bottles, had a toilet facility available (which is a big plus for female riders). Afterwards they offered you a cold water and once again the smoothness and quickness of repacking the bicycles was amazing, we were in and out of the tent in less then 10 minutes.

The best part of all was that they were cheaper than the previous companies I have used! A job well done Elliott!!!!

I will most certainly recommend them and make use of their services in 2021.
