Pathetic service
Worst I have ever seen in the industry - my household goods arrived wrecked in UK and are destroyed, more than 75% damage.
The way you have violated my privacy and personal belongings with open boxes and clothes hanging out is DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. Broken items split wood etc. It is major disrespectful , I trusted you with my goods as relocation is a major step for anyone. I have never seen such damage in a move in my life and I have moved plenty times in my life.
In February when items were packed they loaded it into a temporary container as supposedly there was not any containers available, thus I was not the one to lock the container to be unlocked at destination. Thus goods were damaged in transit when arrived at destination. I find it very unprofessional to blame different parties. You were part of the supply chain and unless you can provide evidence contrary of the above you contributed to the many unnecessary handling of my designer furniture.
I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone. Plenty photos can be shared on request.
