Horrible service
Elliots were supposed to start our move on monday, but the truck broke down early morning. On many occasions we phoned Elliots to follow up on the progress of the truck to no avail. It is Wednesday today and the truck is still broken down. We have been kicked out of our own home as it is now owned by the new owners. Elliots is leaving us at wits end with no communication and nowhere to go as they are not on schedule and have not made any arrangments for a new teuck or for us as a client! This is utterly unacceptable!!! I will not be using Elloits ever again and will ensure that the goverment do not use them either!

Unfortunately, the truck did break down, however, the move started on time on Monday, March 5 and the loading was completed at 11am on Thursday, March 8 in accordance with the signed contract. As soon as we were aware of the problem, both our General Manager and our CEO got involved to resolve the matter. At all times Mr Redlinghuys was kept informed of the situation. The new owners wanted to move in a day earlier which made it difficult for the team to complete the job. Another vehicle was immediately dispatched and arrived on Wednesday afternoon. The consignment was delivered on schedule on Friday morning.
