Extremely bad service and responses
Would NOT recommend Elliot Mobility at all. Shipping goods from South Africa to the Netherlands. With such a big move, the last thing you want to worry about is your shipment. But this was the biggest headache!! Always struggle to get any feedback/response on the shipment, or just any information. I was always in the dark. The shipment weight was far less than originally quoted for, but I still had to pay an extra amount. On several occasions I requested details on how the amount was calculated to know what I was paying for, since it didn't make any sense. I was just given excuses and lies and never enlightened on what I was paying so much for. Delivery was late and overall bad and disappointing experience.
