Elliott - brilliant service

I wish to pay Elliott and their "pick-up / packing / collection" team a huge compliment. The team arrived on at 09h00 and were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. They were well organised and worked brilliantly together as a team, and did not rush even if the packing went into late Friday afternoon. My wife and I were distressed before they arrived at the prospect of packing up our home of 27 years. But, they quickly set our minds at ease. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend that they be recognised within the company, well deserved. We were also very satisfied with the way that Elliott did the initial visit and the way the agent measured large items, suggested packing methods to us, and itemised our inventory clearly and accurately. The estimation and quote was spot-on! The professional approach and detailed documentation was a key factor when choosing Elliott above other contenders, as the quoted pricing was similar. Finally, thank you to Elliott for driving the process so far. We have perhaps only started the journey, but if it is anything like they way the guys have shown their work-attitude, then I'm sure the rest of the process will be good.
