Elliot Mobility Movers

My initial experience with Elliott was excellent. From requesting a quote, finalising the inventory, making payment and packing for departure, the service was exceptional. Good communication. I chose not to take out insurance which in hindsight was a mistake. The goods arrived on time but there were three or four broken items plus one item missing altogether. When I advised Elliott of this, they merely rep**** "you did not take out insurance so we are not liable". I get that but Elliott should take note that there was an item missing ie it just didn't disappear into thin air! Someone had to have taken it.
