Bad service
Very bad service, they left my wardrobes disassembled and told me to look for handy man when their contract states they fix basic furniture. How annoying, they are supposed to be working together with Interem from UAE.

We have contacted Interem in the UAE (the company with whom you contracted for your shipment to South Africa) and they have confirmed the assembling of your wardrobe was most definitely NOT included in the quotation you accepted.
I have seen the photographs of your wardrobe to be assembled and it most certainly is NOT basic furniture as you suggest and therefore, I confirm a professional handyman is required to assemble your wardrobe.
Because you complaint is completely misdirected at Elliott, please can I ask to to retract your complaint against Elliott as soon as possible.
Our coordinator (Elzabe) is trying her very best to secure a better rate from a handyman to assemble your wardrobe and she will communicate this rate with you as soon as possible. The cost of assembling will be for your own account.
Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if there is anything I can assist you with.
