Bad after sale service from Elliot and Parker

I ordered two clothing items from this store at the beginning of July. I have had numerous problems with the courier service they use, which keeps emailing me that they cannot find my address. They told me that Elliot snd Parker had to correct this information. I have emailed them several times, without success. I have also requested someone call me and was told they only communicate via email. Thrir is no vontact number on their website. The entire experience has been very frustrating and upsetting. They take your money, but there is no after sale service. I will never buy from them again or recommend them.
