Worst Customer service I've ever received

<p> I recently purchased a new decoder and called the Elsat Call Centre to have it installed. The day thereafter i received a SMS advising that i will be contacted by a technician within 24 hours. This ofcourse never happened and i ended up calling the Call Centre again. I was given an alternative number for the technician and managed to get hold of him. He assured me that installation woild take place today and as it is a public holiday it will be before 2pm. I had to cancel plans for today as i had to wait for the technician to do the installation. It is now past 5pm and the decoder has still not be installed, no one bothered calling me to inform me and on top of it when i called the technician he answered but dropped the call in my ear. Working in the customer service industry myself I am appaled by this service. When u tell a client something you have to follow through on what u say. The service i've received thus far is totally unacceptable and pathetic!!!!!!! Dstv should partner with a company that will actually keep their word and follow through on what they say</p>
