Worse service ever

<div class="WordSection1"> <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size: 11.701pt; line-height: 140%;">i purchased a dstv decoder that comes with the installation voucher on <a style="font-size: 11.701pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel:24.06.2016">24.06.2016</a>. ive called ellies on the <a style="font-size: 11.701pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel:05.07.2016">05.07.2016</a> to do the installation i spoke to an agent who took all my information and told me that they would be getting back to me in 2 to 5 days i need to wait for an sms. i have since been waiting for the sms and its past the 7 day period. ive been getting bad service from installation companies and not carring out their services with due diligence. is this how things are normally done am disappointed. my patience is running out.</p> </div>
