Why wait so long

Today I bought an Dstv decoder package at Game Menlyn for R749.00 including an installation voucher. Nobody told me that there was a waiting period of 5 to 7 working days for the installation. I contacted Elsat/Ellies and there is no way that they are willing to come and do the installation earlier. What I dont understand is why we as paying customer's have to wait so long for one service provider that was contracted to do all of these installation. Here I'm waiting for a service provider who only confirmed my installation booking via sms after I called them twice. I'm not happy with this type of service I'm currently receiving from Game, Ellies/ Elsat. Try and resolve my installation asap please.
