Universal Remote horrible services.

I bought a ellies universal remote, so I was experiencing challenges in connecting it to my TV and I called the call center and I reffered to the very rude technician who has no customer service I didn't get his name. I'm so dissapointed that such a company can have such a technician, why must they make products that they fail to assist us with. On the box of the remote they do state that I must connect to the net and choose the model of my TV so I could not find my model hence I called its so infortunate that I just waisted my money both on this product and calling this poor service company.
