Unacceptable service to install DSTV after requested via various means.
Polokwane branch. I have via the website and an email to ********** booked for installation of my DSTV decoder. Although the Polokwane call centre did try to assist me with my booking and even gave me the number for the installer, the installer phone was not working and again after the call centre called him and informed him again of my number and email he did not call or even bothered to say that he will not make it to come and install. It's a full day and a half that have now lapsed.
