Terrible service

<p><br />I recieved an email from snuppet after logging a request wit ellies, wit a list of installers.... then solly from sky tv and satrlite called. He then referred shaun from hitec audio and visual. Thry came thru and tried to force me to purchase a bigger bracket. When i explained that the guy staying here before me used thr standard bracket they then refused to do the installation and said to me this is wgy they do not do voucher installations. This is extremely dissapointing and disgusting service. Both solly and shaun said to phone ellies and get a different installer. </p>
