Smart lnb exchanged

Late last year i called in Ellis for an installer because i had a voucher,the installer came to install my decoder but he exchanged my my smart lnb i tried to call Ellies n report the matter but never had any feedback,i now cannot connect my daughters tv because i had to buy another smart lnb which i cannot afford ,i was promised to that they will call me back as soon as they have spoken to an installer.
