Shody DSTV Dish Installation

DSTV accredited installer Ellies came to do a dish and decoder installation at my house three years ago, and damaged my roof. Removed one of the tiles to slide the dish cable under the tile. Have had endless roof leak issues since then at that place where the cable is installed. I have brought this to the attention of DSTV and Ellies, and asked that they ask their installer to resolve this. I have not had anything positive from MultiChoice or Ellies. I actually wonder if the trouble is worth it for DSTV, given the competition. I am considering unsubscribing altogether. Not worth it!! And I would not recommend Ellies. Please do pay particular attention when DSTV are on your roof! Arrogance has seen the demise of many companies. None of this trouble with Netflix!!
