Shocking call centre service

<p>I purshased an Explora decoder with installtion on 2017/02/18 and the following day I dialed the number on the installation voucher to verify the voucher, but this number does not work. On Monday I callesd Ellies and after explaining my problem, I was rep**** with "eish" and "I really don't know". I phoned later the same day and after going thought the whole explanaition again, the operator said "ok" and just left the phone. I could hear her talking in the background. She didn't ask me to wait or put me on hold, she just left me there. Both of them did not seem interested to help me and both said that I had an invalid decoder and had to exchange it. I went back today to exchange the decoder and the store phoned Ellies again. The lady at Ellies told me that my voucher was perfectly valid and in her own words, she said that whoever helped me yesterday, did not want to go through the trouble of helping me. Yesterday I asked how long installtion takes (how long will you be at my house) and I was told that the installtion can be done the same day (which was not my question), but today I was told that a techintion will phone me within 5 to 7 work days to schedule installtion. I'm reporting this to MultiChoice as well, since I don't think it's fair that their customer should be exposed to such bad service. When looking at all of the other reviews, it seems that I will be writing another one of these about the installtion as well, as we haven't even got to that part. You may view these customers as unmiportant because we get the installtion "for free", but in reality, you are losing customer that might have returned in the future for other services.</p>
