Putrid service from Ellies ***

On 23rd January 2023 at 09h00 I called Ellies head office Brooklyn place, 3 Centex close Kramerville Tel ***, and asked for generator service kit for an Ellies generator. I got given a number for a Mark ***, and told he would help me. I called this number 8 times and sent a message. When he finally answered at 09h39, he very rudely said, I am struggling on site, I will call you in 10 min. No return call. I called Ellies again at 12h29, and after 4 calls spoke to the trade counter. I was called back by Vincent at 12h36 who told me he was checking with the generator department and call me in 5 or 10 minutes. Now 90 minutes later still no call.
