Poor customer services at Ellies

Good day, I've just experience something very disturbing at Ellies Shop at Hubert Road in Johannesburg, the Manager refused to refund me telling me I will be refunded in two weeks, this is new to me. I don't know if is it because I am black because other customers are being refunded immediately when returning the stock, this is shocking to me. I even ask the guy at the till if does this apply to every customer or is it just me. Even though he couldn't give ne a straight answer but I knew something was up...
