Picknpay and Ellies voucher

I bought a Dstv HD decoder for R749.00 that's with full installation at Picknpay on 06September2015 . My expectation was for it to be installed on the same day as most Dstv retailers. I felt something fishy immediately as the lady at the counter upon asking her who will do the installing. She rep**** with \everything you need is in the sealed box". I just spent 749 bucks and that's it. I proceeded to open the box in it was a voucher from ellies my supposed installers. After calling Elsat on Monday 07/09/2015 . They (ellies) sent an sms on 08/09/2015 that read \"" Thank-you for booking your voucher installation with us. An Installer will be in contact in due course to arrange installation"
