Pathetic customer service

I am extremely upset with the service.From the receptionist to the guys that install the devices,everyone is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist doesn't even wait for me to finish speaking then transfers!! This is horrible customer service. The only lady that was nice is a lady that called me back to arrange someone by the name of George to come out. Then someone else calls me to advise that this an only be done tomorrow.I want my installation done today because i paid for this service and i am disgusted with this terrible service.I need this resolved today please!!
