overall bad service

In december I bought an elsat satelite dish. An installation that was suppose to happen in 10 working days only happened in 20 days.....after I had to log call again. The installer arrived 4 hours later than our scheduled appointment and drilled the hole from the outside which caused a flaired hole in the inside of the house. A chunk of concrete was left on the floor with finger marks on the wall where they worked. I reported the issue and it was promised that the installer will contact me. He never did. A few weeks later i emailed again...with no response. After I followed up with a phone call it was promised that the installer will phone me. He did, and promised to re do his messy work the following saturday at 10 am. Today its a week later and i am still waiting for him. I think a company that gets the oppurtunity to represent a giant as multichoice, should up their game and make sure that they employ profesional people who take pride in their work.
