Oustanding customer service

On the 24 December I went to Ellies Polokwane to buy 4 solar panels (FSP330CS) invertor (FBI3000VA/24V) and 200AH AGM Luminous batteries, we bought and got our own installer, he connected and later the inverter burned, took it back and it was sent to JHb for repair, it took 3 weeks to come back, connected again but the problem continued, phoned the shop , the manager Peter came to the house to inspect and found that the electrical connection were not wired correctly. He offered to assist by referring his colleague to come and rewire the house, today am happy to announce that I got the new inverter and the new batteries , they all work wonders, they also rearranged my panels. Thank you so much Peter for all your outstanding and going an extra mile for a customer. Am very happy.
