Now that's what you call customer service

<p>I recently had a very bad experience with a technician that had to install my DSTV decoder. I called the call centre and was assisted by Lee-ann. Her friendly and supportive service was like a breath of fresh air. She immediately found me a new technician by the name of Michael. Michael was at my house in less than an hour. As I was at work, he called me when he was on front of my house and also when he was finished with the instillation. Thank you Lee-ann and Michael. You've made what was a horrible experience into something i will rave about to others. YOU GO LEE-ANN & MICHAEL</p>
