No Fta services on Elsat Ovhd as it,s transponder locked.

When I have had issues with the imported from China,Elsat stb I have dealt with Mr Julius Botha buy Ellies failed to respond to my last post here.I will kindly ask once more.I can nit pick more legitimate issues between the locally manufactured Altech Ovhd vs the imported Chinese Elsat Ovhd buy I won,t do that.There are currently 3 Ovhd stb,s Space,Altech and Elsat.From these 3 stb,s only Elsat is transponder locked and therefor unable to add more Fta services.I have 2 legitimate questions 1.Why did you lock the Elsat Ovhd from receiving additional Fta services when the other manufactures did,nt and 2.Is it possible to introduce a new software update which will allow the Elsat to be unlocked and therefor able to add more fta services.Please answer cos I,m asking on behalf of all who bought Elsat and r now unhappy that it,s blocked wen compared to Altech and Space which is open.If you refuse to anwer more wil ask the same question here cos people r discussing this issue.Give me clarity even though u hav deemed me persona non grata.U can aswer her if u dnt wnt interaction wit me.
